I’m looking for a clean, working individual who is easygoing, respectful, and wants a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.
(No pets)

It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, and the room is $1,500/month + utilities, with a $1,500 security deposit. Move-in would be in October. Utilities (electric, gas, and internet) typically run around $100–$150/month. Covered parking is included, and there is also plenty of guest parking.

I’m not looking for a party house or someone who constantly has people over. I’m just looking for someone who is responsible, respectful of shared spaces, clean, and easy to live with.
