We're a respectful, quiet family, myself, my husband, our 16 year old son, and my in laws, living in a spacious 3 bedroom home in the highly desirable Woodbridge community in Irvine. We have one private bedroom available upstairs, with a second room becoming available soon.

Available October 4, 2026.

The room is clean, bright, furnished, and includes a ceiling fan. Everything shown in the photos stays in the room, except the desk chair, computer, and monitors.

Rent includes high speed Wi Fi, all utilities, and washer and dryer access located in the garage. The bathroom is upstairs and shared with the homeowners. Kitchen access is available during set hours, approximately 7 to 9am and 5 to 8pm, and you're welcome to use the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker any time, plus a mini fridge in your room for anytime use. For an extra $50 a month, we may be able to offer access to Woodbridge community amenities, though this is not guaranteed. These include the community pool, nearby parks and running trails, and the neighborhood lake, about 10 homes away.

House guidelines: no shoes in the house, kitchen use limited to the hours above, no overnight guests (daytime guests welcome with advance notice), and the living room is reserved for family use. Street parking is available and there are usually plenty of spots. No alcohol or illegal drug use is allowed. Smoking cigarettes or vaping is strictly prohibited in or anywhere near the house.

We're located in the heart of Woodbridge, close to UCI, I 405 and I 5, shopping and dining, and Woodbridge's parks, lakes, and walking trails.
