Hi! I have a three bedroom, two bathroom house with decent size yard, and have a room for rent, available April 1st in Woodbridge (Irvine).

The room is 12 x 10 with a walk in closet and private attic access for extra storage. You will have a private bathroom and private entrance to the room.

Rent is $1800/mo including all utilities (washer/dryer, high speed internet, streaming apps, weekly gardening services etc). $1k deposit.

Available April 1, 2026. Couples will be considered, $2300/mo with utilities.

About us: I am a single mother, full time working professional, with a seven year old son and two small dogs (hypo allergenic). It can often be a little crazy but we have fun and want whoever moves in to also call this house a home. We cook, we bbq with friend, neighbors, we laugh! I am big into football, game nights, crafting (Cricut!!), animal conservation, and true crime stories.

About you: Full time working professional or someone who can consistently pay rent, on time. Someone who is somewhat easy going and respectful/considerate of roommates.
