This is a 2,700 sq ft, nicely upgraded, single-family house with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, located in the center of Irvine. It is close to highways 5 and 405, 10 min to UCI.

I am a female professional sharing this house with three female friends. We are looking for a clean and responsible female professional or student to rent one unfurnished room with a shared bathroom. We are all busy individuals so most of time you do not see your housemates. The house is very quiet and spacious. Your bedroom has keyed-lock to keep your safety and privacy.

The room is approximately 120 sq ft and includes a large walk-in closet.

You may use the stove and oven in the kitchen. You can store your food and cooking wares at the shared refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. You may also use the washer and dryer. Parking is available on the street. A limited amount of personal belongings may be stored in the garage at no extra charge.

Month-to-month lease.

Water, gas, trash, and internet are included in the rent.

The community has parks, pools, and tennis courts within walking distance.

The applicant must provide a proof for solid income/saving and excellent credit (students may have the parents to cosign). No pets, no smoking, no party, no overnight guest.
