The room & bath available are bedroom 2 and bath 2 in the layout picture.

Some of the furniture pictured in the bedroom may be available to stay if you’d like, otherwise my sister will be taking it all to her new place before you move in.

I'm open to mixing in your furniture in the shared spaces.

Included in rent: Google Fiber internet, and renters & earthquake insurance. Monthly utilities should be around $130 for water/gas/electricity but are based off usage.

5 minute drive to Tustin District. Across the street from grocery stores. Walking distance to at least 3 parks. 15 minute drive to UCI and IVC.

Non-smoking & gated apartment complex. Half of kitchen cabinets available. In-unit laundry. Clean & organized. Windows in every room, lots of natural light. Top floor, no shared walls with other units.

Access to everything in shared living spaces. No shoes inside. Big patio before front door. Complex has EV charging, gym, pool, jacuzzi, grills, gazebo, half of a basketball court, & a business center. Also have access to the HOA tennis courts across the street. Central A/C & heating.

I live here with my 80 pound husky-mix dog. No other pets please because my dog was previously bitten and we're working through some anxiety she has towards other dogs now; also she has a high-prey drive (not friendly towards cat/smaller pets). But she's great with people. I wipe her down after every walk.

I work from M-F 8-5pm, would prefer a housemate who is not home the majority of that time. I’m clean, respectful, and communicative, and I'm looking for the same in a roommate/housemate. I occasionally host board games, dinner, or movies with 4-5 friends and you'd be welcome to join. I go out most evenings to meet with friends.

I don’t drink alcohol or partake in weed. I don’t mind if you do if: it's legal in CA, you keep it away from my dog, and you remain respectful when you’re not sober. No smoking of any kind though.
