Second bedroom for rent

This is for the second bedroom and bath in a 2-bedroom unit on the ground floor at the San Marco Apartment complex in Irvine available starting 1/15/26. The room is approximately 10x10 with a bathroom right next to it and is unfurnished.

Shared kitchen and living room. Laundry room is a short walk from the unit. Your parking space will be in an unreserved space on-site with a parking permit.

My mom lives in the master bedroom of this unit and is a clean and responsible 69 year old woman working in the area. She has one small dog that is clean and house trained. A gate can be added to prevent her from entering the second bed/bath area upon request.

She prefers a single professional age 50 and above. Must be clean, responsible, and drama free. No smoking, partying, and overnight guests.

Refundable deposit of $1,300 required upon move-in. Your share of rent is $1,400 including utilities (water, trash, electricity, and internet). You must be willing/able to be added to the lease agreement (you can be removed with sufficient notice prior to move out per roommate agreement).
