About me:
Paramedic with Hoag Hospital in Irvine who likes to stay active when not working. I like to work out, Surf and Snowboard in my spare time. I am also currently attending college, so I study often. I have been vaccinated and tested often often for COVID. I work often, 75% of the time the whole condo minus the master bedroom will be all yours.

* Move-in: $3,000 (First months rent + security deposit)
* Move-in date: May 1st 2025 or later. Flexable for the right person.
