Hi everyone :)
We have a room for rent in our Westminster home for a single tenant! If a couple, rent is $1,200. It comes with a bathroom, it is the main one, so it will be used by guests but besides that it's only for you! There will only be 2 people living here, myself and my partner. It's $1,000 for rent and $60-120 for utilities. $900 deposit. The kitchen is available for full use but a mini fridge is needed. The living room is not a shared space. Over night guests are no problem and we're friendly!
Parking is available on the street. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and there's always parking available! Available Nov 1st! Let me know if vou guys have any questions. :)
