FURNISHED 2beds/1bath rental unit in a newly remodeled guesthouse.
We are looking for 2 adults who know each other as family members/coworkers/classmates/friends etc.

- Each bedroom has its own lock and its own wall AC.
- Laundry room is shared with owners and limited to 1 time use per week each person.
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave). Any cooking that needs longer than 1 hour is limited to 1 time per week each person.
-Kitchen/Living room area has 1 Airbnb unit connected and shared walls with but separated entrance.
-There are 2 parking spots reserved for you on the driveway.
- All utilities and wifi internet (Frontier fiber service) are INCLUDED in the rent.
- This 2bed1bath unit is attached to and shared walls with 3 other Airbnb units but completely separated with front entrance.
- No overnight visitors allowed at any time. No pets allowed (we are allergic!)
- Quiet hours in the Kitchen/Living room area is 10pm-7am.
- Location: safe quiet neighborhood, 20 mins drive to the beach, nice weather most of the time. Magnolia & Westminster.

** Preferred tenants who are: quiet, clean, respectful of others’ privacy, have a full-time job/school, have references available.
** Requirements:
- Must pass background check and have good standing credit report. Be able to show proof of income. Otherwise, exception can be made with extra deposit.

** Discount is available for healthcare professionals or healthcare students

** Month-to-month rent is available for $1100/room/month.
