About the Room & Home: This is a bright, fully furnished bedroom (121 sq. ft.) in a spacious 4-bedroom townhouse. The room comes equipped with a work desk, chair, a full-size bed featuring built-in under-bed storage drawers, and a very large closet.

You will share a bathroom with 2 respectful, tidy housemates: my son (22), and my other tenant (21). This has not been a problem.

The home features central heat, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-building laundry. Street parking is available in a very safe, quiet neighborhood with quick freeway access and a short drive to the beach.

THE SPACE AND COMMUNITY: Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi, plus full access to the Westminster Village association amenities, which include: 4 swimming pools (including a saltwater lap pool), Jacuzzi and dry sauna, Clubhouse with a pool table (in good condition), Tennis court, Beautifully maintained green space and walking paths.

HOUSE CULTURE: This is a peaceful, clean, and well-organized home. We value our private space but maintain a friendly, respectful atmosphere. It is an ideal environment for someone who is responsible, mindful of shared spaces, and keeps a relatively structured daily routine. (No pets & No-smoking)

RENT: $1,000/month (utilities included)

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000

TERMS: month-to-month (long-term tenant preferred)
