Off street parking for 1 vehicle, and easy street parking on this cul de sac. We have 4 indoor/outdoor cats. Sorry no pets. Smoke outside ok, no drugs and be light on alcohol. This is a sub tenant agreement, with a lease through 3-31-2024 preferred. Employment check. $1300.00 for 1 person, negotiable for more & will consider up to 3 people.
