Working couple renting out 2 of our five bedrooms. Comes furnished. Our current tenant has been with us for over eight years. Share a bathroom with our other tenant, access to the backyard, the kitchen and laundry facilities. Large park across the street. Plenty of parking, close to the 22, 405 and 605 freeways. Must like dogs. We have 3 collies, desert tortoise, and koi pond. Very relaxing back yard. We are looking for a quiet tenant that needs a nice place to stay.
