Hi everyone! We’re looking for one final female roommate for our fully furnished condo near Columbia Court Park, with the lease running from August 1, 2026, to August 1, 2027. We’d love another clean, respectful, pet-friendly junior or senior to join us!

💡 Utilities
Utilities are not included and are split evenly between all roommates (electricity, water, gas, and Cox WiFi). They usually come out to around $40–50 per person each month.

🐰🐱 Pets
We have one bunny and one cat named Spot and Medusa! They’re both super friendly and well-trained, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable living with pets.

🌸 About Us
We’re all incoming seniors and are pretty easygoing, social, and respectful of shared spaces. Friends and significant others are welcome to come over occasionally (I have a boyfriend as well), but we just ask that overnight stays aren’t a regular thing. We keep the condo clean and are looking for someone who would be a great fit with our living environment.

The condo is in a super convenient location near Columbia Court Park and Albertsons, making grocery runs easy and providing quick access to UCI.

📝 Lease & Move-In Information

Lease term: August 1, 2026 – August 1, 2027
Monthly rent: $1,125
Security deposit: $1,450
Application fee: $49 per applicant
Background check required as part of the application process
Before moving in, you'll need to complete the rental application and background check. Upon lease signing, you'll pay the $1,450 security deposit, first month's rent ($1,125), and the $49 application fee.
