The room is offered as furnished only with the option of using your own full size mattress or a mattress can be provided. The room cannot accommodate additional furniture other than a small bookshelf or side table for example.

You would have a private bath with a dual sink, toilet, tub.

Some limited storage is also available in garage. Rent includes all utilities (including wifi). There are exterior security cameras and locked front and back gates. Use of kitchen, washer and dryer included.

House is located near Concordia and UC Irvine - 5 minute drive or 10-15 minute bike ride. Home is walking distance (10 minutes) of bus stop, large grocery store, pharmacy, Starbucks, restaurants, etc.!
