Room for Rent(Unfurnished)-House with 4 bedrooms

The room is on the first floor of my home. I, & my other two roommates live upstairs on the second floor, so you’d have your own area and plenty of privacy.

The room is unfurnished, with a closet space, and the bathroom is shared.

Rent is $1500 per month with a $500 security deposit. Utilities are included, as well as WiFi. There’s plenty of street parking, as well as a washer & dryer.

A little about the house vibe: I keep things clean, pretty peaceful, and respectful.
I don’t mind guests here at all as long as it’s communicated. During weekdays before 5:00am & after 9:30pm we keep noise to a minimum. Smoking & vaping is allowed inside ; cigarettes can be smoked outside. All Shared spaces living room, kitchen, dining room, backyard, etc ; are open to you as long as they’re kept tidy.
