- Requirements: Security deposit and must be able pass a credit check and provide proof of income to sign a one-year lease.

-Master Suite: approx 255 sq. ft, unfurnished room plus wall-to-wall closets and a private, attached dual-sink bathroom with generous storage.

-The rest of the home is fully furnished with high, vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, multiple outdoor patio spaces, and a shared laundry room. Garage space is also available for storage and/or potential workout space.

-Residents have access to the community center, pools, spas, & pickleball courts. Local parks surround the area as well. Close to 405 and 73 freeways.

About us: two, single professional women in our late 40s, one works part-time from home, the other full time in office.
