Rent is $1500/month with a $500 security deposit. 6-month minimum lease. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED ( electricity, gas, water, trash, wifi )

The home is bright and open with high ceilings and large windows throughout, creating a comfortable and airy feel. You’ll have full access to a spacious kitchen, dining area, reading nooks & workspaces, some storage in the garage, and living room—so it feels like a real home, not just a rented room.

The property is located in a peaceful and convenient part of Irvine, directly across from a beautiful park. Residents also have access to a large swimming pool and hot tub & tennis courts.
