The huge (studio apartment size) primary bedroom will be yours. You'll have your own private bathroom with a spa tub, shower and a large walk-in closet. The room is furnished (but can be unfurnished) with dressers, a full size bed and a desk. We have a washer/dryer, plenty of street parking. The home is furnished and kitchen equipped with all you need for food prep. We are looking for a female roommate to join a one-year lease beginning September 1st. Looking for a chill and easy-going female who is quiet, clean and organized. It’s a safe area with lots of parks, trees and greenery. You would be joining two full-time UCI Masters in Nursing (MSN) students who have already lived here one year and enjoy the home and its close proximity to UCI. Amenities include pools, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball & pickle ball courts. We are also open to having two people (female) share the room. The rent is $1470 for one person, or $1500 for two people, plus gas and water (internet, trash & electricity are paid by the owner).
