Room for rent in Irvine

Hi! My name is Ashley I currently go to nursing school and work part time. I enjoy staying home, cooking, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, pilates, happy hour, brunch, and I usually spend Sundays and weekdays studying. Occasionally I’ll have friends over for movie nights, game nights, or just to hang out on the weekends so I don’t mind if you have guests over and you’re more than welcome to join us! I’m looking for a female roommate who is around the same age and has similar interests/lifestyle.

The room is furnished and has a full guest bathroom directly across from the bedroom (not shared with anyone else in the house). The room is currently occupied by my current roommate so the decor, cat trees, and TV are hers - the room will only have the bed and all the basic furniture (nightstand, desk, & dresser). Our bedrooms would be on opposite sides of the house. You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room in the garage, and patio. I do not smoke, I don’t mind if you do but it must be outside - the patio has a nice seating area with a fireplace and an outdoor TV. Looking for someone who is clean and responsible. I do have 2 little cats named Pepper and Rio so no pets is preferred (1 cat may be okay but no dogs sorry!!). You can have a parking spot in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking. Washer and dryer in the garage. House is located in University Park right off of the 405 freeway ~ 5 min drive to UCI, 5 min to IVC, and lots of shopping centers nearby.
