Myself: I work full time as a pharmacist. I enjoy working out, video games, cooking, watching movies/shows, traveling, and spending time with my cats.
Em (31) works as a physical therapist, loves video games, matcha, dogs and cats, and plants.
Jenn (23) works as a nurse, loves Sanrio and blind boxes

Shared area/2nd floor features extra large kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space, brand new Samsung appliances, under-counter beverage refrigerator, coffee/matcha bar, large dining table, counter seating, comfy cozy living room seating, large TV, guest bathroom, open balcony.

Lots of street parking, safe neighborhood, neighborhood pool, shared area is furnished, access to 2nd floor balcony, in unit washer/dryer, women roommates preferred, no smoking, LGBT+ friendly, no pets but there are 2 cats in the house, 1 month security deposit.
