Closer to the apartment is Albertsons, Trader Joe's, and Mason Regional Park at Corner of University & Culver.
Shared bathroom with a long-time roommate who is very private, quiet, makes the apartment smell wonderful when they cook and will be starting their 4th year in the apartment in a few months. No overnight guests. And consideration for your fellow roommates is extremely important.
I am the other "roommate" in the apartment, and this is my home. I plan to be here for many, many years to come.
I am friendly, have a little 15 lb dog who loves everyone, and we spend a lot of time walking and enjoying the area when I'm not at work, out with family or friends.
I will be talkative or quiet depending on what you prefer. I ensure all repairs are handled by the apartment management team and cover all utilities including wi-fi. Happy to provide more details if this sounds like a good fit for you.
It's important that you have transportation, enjoy activities outside the home, proof of income, etc. There is parking very close to the apartment & you will have a parking permit. Washers & Dryers are located in laundry rooms throughout the property, and ours' or only steps from the apartment.
We also have a pool, jacuzzi & gym steps from our apartment. Of course, this is an Irvine Company property which provides all maintenance necessary for the home and garden area & bbq steps from our home.
