Area has hiking spots in walking distance, safe and quiet neighborhood , plazas with everything you need within 10 minutes . Access to pool /jacuzzi .I have a garage under condo if you need to store stuff .In unite washer and dryer. Shared bathroom(but I don't hog the bathroom)

Hi! 25 year old medical field workaholic w a mini chihuahua. I’m easy to get along with ,respectful and I would say an ideal roommate to have a peaceful , feeling at home space . A clean space is a clean mind in my book ! Totally ok with guest and over night guest for I have my boyfriend who stays with me occasionally .No smoking inside home, it is a smoke free neighborhood and you would have to go to the street to smoke. Just looking for a chill, responsible, clean , respectful roommate ! Long term perf…I will have the open loft upstairs bedroom . Full access to common areas, house is furnished(not the room), just ask you clean up after yourself .
