I'm renting out the private downstairs master bedroom. It's very spacious and comes with a full bath, high ceilings and is right on the harbor. Comes with paddle boards, kayaks and a deck on the Harbor. We are facing PCH. Looking for someone clean and respectful. 2 minute walk to the beach. Washer and Dryer in attached garage. Comes with plenty of street parking alongside the house or across the street at the green belt.

I'm a 31 year old real estate agent, clean and kind.

I love to dance Salsa and Bachata, surf/relax at the beach, go to the gym, read books and watch movies.

I value kindness, respect, cleanliness and relaxation. Would love to rent the room to someone with similar values.
