We’re offering one furnished room in a spacious 3-bed, 2-bath home.

Parking available on-site (Sharing 2 driveway parking spaces among 3 tenants if there is no construction). Shared access to full kitchen, living room, and laundry. Cleaning service provided for common areas and shared bath. Room cleaning available upon request (small fee). Shared supplies included: trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, etc.

Construction Notice:
In 4 ~6 months, construction will begin in the backyard and garage. During construction, on-site parking might not be available, however there is street-side parking. Minimal impact expected, with brief daytime noise during working hours (10–15 days).

Ideal Tenant:
Not WFH. Clean, responsible, light cooking, respectful of housemates.
