Primary Room in Silverado Canyon

A nature lover’s paradise! Welcome to Silverado Canyon, where you have all the conveniences of being a 15-20 min. drive away from Irvine, Orange, and South County, but all the peaceful benefits of being located in the middle of Cleveland National Forest. Additionally, the specific location of our house offers 3 different restaurants, a market, and a private hiking trail (for neighborhood residents only), all within walking distance from the front door!!
Imagine going on a hike with your friends or family, then being able to walk and grab brunch all without having to get in your car.. It’s really a special place.

When it comes to the indoor space, you’re not just renting the room, you’ll ideally become a member of our home. Myself, Jaren and Beau are the current residents of the home. We’re both easy going, laid back, LGBTQ, and female friendly professionals. The room available is the Primary, it comes with a large walk-in closet, its own private bathroom, and view of the surrounding nature. Additionally, there’s access to the common areas pictured, including the loft for overnight guests if you’re one to occasionally host.

We also have a Husky (Miska) that chooses to spend most of his time outside and inside in my room. That does mean we are a dog friendly household, so we’ll consider a small dog that gets a long with others.

Utilities are 15% of total monthly cost (usually $80-100). Please reach out for additional details or if you have questions.
