Shared space second floor landing, has designated space for a workstation, allotted to the room rental.
Rental includes utilities, including Internet. Shared use of a bathroom, as well as a living room, dining room, kitchen and specified outdoor areas. Looking for an individual who values living in a clean and calm enivpnment. We maintain a clean home, beaituful garden spaces, are LGBT friendly and quiet home. Cigarette smoking allowed in the lower back garden.
No on-site parking but lots of street parking within a block, and a 3-4 block walk to Broadway, Main Street and 17th Street mass transit.
There is a 9 years old Labrador Retriever and another small 9 year old mixed breed dog, both of who will do their best to make you feel at home. If you are not a dog lover, it may not be the right choice for you.
