The room is move-in ready with brand-new tile flooring, freshly painted walls, and a very clean living environment. The property has been recently treated for pests and is well maintained.

The home is located on a dead-end street, making it very quiet with calm neighbors and plenty of street parking available.
There is a lot of parking on the street!
