Private room + private bathroom available in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Park Plaza Apartments in Santa Ana starting 7/1/2026 (move-in can possibly be earlier).

About the room/apartment:
• Unfurnished private bedroom
• Private bathroom across from the room (not inside the room, but only you will use it)
• Month-to-month or 6-month stay preferred
• Rent + utilities split 50/50
• Security deposit: $1550
• Parking available through LiftUp
• On-site laundry
• Gym + pool access
• Two-floor building complex (stairs only, no elevator)

The living room is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs already.

About me:
I’m a full-time tea shop store manager and usually pretty busy. I’m very chill and respectful of personal space — if I’m home, I’m usually in my room most of the time, but feel free to comfortably use the common areas and make yourself at home.

I enjoy hiking and watching Netflix. I also don’t really cook (maybe twice a year honestly 😭), so I’m hoping to find someone who is also relatively light on cooking mainly for cleanliness and hygiene reasons.

I have 2 cats, so the apartment is cat-friendly. You may have up to 2 cats as well as long as they are clean and well-behaved.

Roommate preferences:
• Age 21–40
• Prefer working professional
• Responsible with rent and utility payments
• Clean and respectful
• Overnight guests are okay if communicated in advance
• No parties please — most neighbors are families with children
• No cooking or light-cooking preferred
• Good communication is important

For security purposes, there is a camera placed on the kitchen counter facing the apartment entrance only. You’ll also have access to the camera app.
