About me: I’m a full-time tea shop store manager and usually pretty busy. I’m very chill and respectful of personal space — if I’m home, I’m usually in my room most of the time, but feel free to comfortably use the common areas and make yourself at home.
I enjoy hiking and watching Netflix. I also don’t really cook (maybe twice a year honestly 😭), so I’m hoping to find someone who is also relatively light on cooking mainly for cleanliness and hygiene reasons.
I have 2 cats, so the apartment is cat-friendly. You may have up to 2 cats as well as long as they are clean and well-behaved.
Roommate preferences: • Age 21–40 • Prefer working professional • Responsible with rent and utility payments • Clean and respectful • Overnight guests are okay if communicated in advance • No parties please — most neighbors are families with children • No cooking or light-cooking preferred • Good communication is important
For security purposes, there is a camera placed on the kitchen counter facing the apartment entrance only. You’ll also have access to the camera app.
