I’ve been living here for 2 years already and LOVE living here. Even though we’re close to the street, it’s surprisingly peaceful and quiet. I sleep really well here, and the complex has security patrolling throughout the night which makes it feel very safe and comfortable.

Apartment & Community Amenities:

• Laundry room right next to our unit
• Assigned parking spot
• Additional easy street parking in the neighborhood directly behind the complex (no permit restrictions)
• Very friendly neighbors
• Quiet atmosphere
• Close to Walmart, Northgate, Chipotle, and tons of food/shopping nearby
• Clubhouse with Wifi
• Two very clean relaxing pools and very clean gym
• Only about 13–20 minutes from OCC depending on traffic

Parking:
Parking is not an issue here. We have one assigned parking spot, and depending on our schedules, I don’t mind parking in the back neighborhood area so you can use the parking pass inside the complex if needed. There is also car lifts available to use for an added monthly fee, but my previous roommate and I did not need it as there is always plenty of parking

Current rent is $1840/month on a month-to-month lease. Utilities get added through our resident app and usually total around $2000/month for two people combined, so split evenly it comes out to about $1000 each monthly.
I shop regularly at Costco Walmart and Northgate nearby, and I’d be totally open to splitting groceries/basic household items together too if that works for both of us.
I’m pretty peaceful, respectful, and homebody-ish. I love to visit the beach and the local parks every week I really value a calm, positive environment. My cats are extremely sweet, friendly, and affectionate.
