Looking for a responsible person that will be clean and on time with rent and will want to stay long term 6 plus months or more. We are a family home (family 3) so plz no partying here.

Will share a bathroom with one person (male roommate)***

Rent includes: all utilities and (wi-fi).

House rules:
• No loud noise after 10pm
• No Guests
• No DRUGS/No Drinking/No SMOKING vaping
• Clean the bathroom every other week


Kitchen / Bathroomrules:
• Must clean up after each use
• Must clean the kitchen countertops or stove if used
• Will have designated space in bathroom cabinet & assigned kitchen space. Must have own mini refrigerator.
• Wash dishes/pots after each use
• Clean bathroom only 2 xs a month (every two weeks)

UPSTAIRS: MASTER Room Size: 13 x 15ft includes closet space / 195 square feet

*MUST pass background check (clean record only) /No prior Evictions
*Deposit $400 (returned after room inspection upon leave, minus any cleaning or damages left after move out day.
*Will require first month's rent and deposit upon approval.
