Resort Style Living! Large Furnished Bedroom walkable to hiking trail. Upscale, single-family home neighborhood that feels like you're in the country, but everything is close by. Horses often stroll by to get to the trail. Outside is a beautiful hiking trail: backyard pool/spa & many trees in a quiet neighborhood. Tranquil setting. Large communal kitchen, living & family room. This downstairs room has a Cal King bed that can be separated into 2 XL twins, a desk & Task chair, a dresser, nightstands, and a Smart TV with streaming channels. Bathroom is not attached to the room but would be mostly yours (its the only bath downstairs so an occasional guest may need to use for a quick visit-otherwise its yours).

We also have another upstairs room with Cal King bed with all the same above, shared bath with our daughter who is a college graduate & works for us. Towels & sheets provided and bi-monthly housecleaning included. Just bring your own laptop & bag. Easy to move in and out!

Short drive to 241, 261, 55, 22 & 5 Freeways for easy commuting. Short drive to Disneyland & Beaches for our famous Southern California fun. Short drive to Chapman University, UCI, Cal State Fullerton & many other local colleges for International and Domestic Students. Short Drive to many Hospitals and the Irvine Tech Hub. 18-minute drive to Newport Beach!

We have hosted many International Students, Chapman Dodge Grad students, and some undergrads, international interns, and executive relocations, along with traveling health professionals. This is not a party house, it is a peaceful, nature retreat to recover from long work or study schedules. We have a small frenchie dog who is very quiet and likes to sleep like a cat all day.
