* We have wireless cameras in many of the common areas to help us watch our son and sometimes relocate the tv remote lol. There was also a situation of someone forgetting to turn off the stove so they’re facing into the kitchen.

* Pool (A Child Safety is installed around the pool and all the doors with access have child safety locks plus normal locks)
* Kitchen (Dedicated Cabinet dedicated, dry storage, dedicated fridge, space, dedicated freezer space)
* Kitchen Bonus Privilege: Tenant’s are welcome to use the cooking supplies and eating dishes/cups/utensils (Privilege I have revoked for excess missing items, placing unsafe items in reach of child, not ensuring child safety locks were closed after usage, other negligence that was unable to be corrected following final warnings and reminders)

* I have a lot of random hobbies: making things, spending excessive times trying to think of what to write in rental listings, the usual. I enjoy being the person doing the repairs at the house for the most part, am bad at keeping up with the gardening (also it’s hard to use most gardening tools with a toddler) so often ask Manuel to help.
* I personally do the monthly pest control. Typically I will do it at later in the night to avoid anyone walking through it before it dries and is safe and kai’s not glued to my hip. Warning is always given ahead of time on the fridge calendar and I text everyone to close the windows and start once everyone responds it is completed or have confirmed they are closed.
* Manuel: My Long Term Boyfriend. He really likes soccer: fc barcelona, eating sunflower seeds, watching nerd fandoms, sometimes the free gardener(most of the garden is well established/ low maintenance so just weeds/lawn mower).
* Kai (age 2): Manuel & I’s son. He is a very sweet and energetic young boy. He still sleeps in the bed with us at night. He will be potty training soon and will be using both bathrooms until he learns how to tell he needs to use the bathroom sooner.
* Karyn: One of the tenants, has been here 3 years, is very tidy and has a cat of her own in her room. She is working on her phlebotomy license.
* Four Cats: On a monthly flea treatment schedule. They have the master bedroom as their food and litter box room. 

* Shared Interests: Mention shared interests or hobbies to help potential roommates identify if they're a good fit. 

* Lifestyle Preferences: Does not smoke, drink, take drugs. If drinking or smoking it is not on the property. Does not keep any of these listed items where a child is able to access them and if illegal does not keep these items on the property at all.


Desired Roommate:
* Age Range/Occupation: will consider all ages/occupations. 

* Lifestyle Preferences: Honest, trustworthy, easygoing, considerate, emotionally stable individual.
* If a light sleeper, able to sleep with ear plugs.
* Specific Needs:
* Female tenant preferred but not a dealbreaker.
* Self aware of not leaving safety hazards or kitchen messes
* Okay with our own room for improvement to cleaning and our abundance of treasures of toddler toys and my thrifts and construction/art projects
