Room For Rent In Luxury Apartment

Hi! I am seeking an easy going but clean and responsible roomie to rent out the second bedroom in my fairly spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment. It is located on the Santa Ana/Tustin border with easy access to the 55 and 5 freeways making every part of OC accessible in 25 min or less. You will have a private room on the opposite side of the living room from me, with a large walk in closet, own bathroom, central A/C, and a washer & dryer in unit. Shared living spaces are already furnished by me, but I am open to additions or modifications if you would like. This apartment building is only about 7 years old. It has all kinds of amenities such as a rooftop pool, fitness center, clubhouse, fire pits, 24 hr security and lots more. Parking in secure structure included. The apartment itself is gorgeous too!

A little about me: I’m 28, work 4-5 days a week, I enjoy hiking, camping, trying new restaurants, reading, watching movies, thrift shopping, and usually spend free time with friends, family, or my boyfriend.

Also I have 2 VERY friendly cats so it’s preferable if you love cats. Unfortunately the building has a 2 pet limit, so no additional pets.
