Private Room in Upgraded and Quiet Home

Welcome! This is a fully furnished room in a home that is very centralized, safe, and peaceful! The home is cleaned daily and well maintained. You will enjoy your private room, comfy bed, and shared bathroom in the middle of everything! The home is in a very safe and super quiet neighborhood. Everything is close! Disneyland (8 min) Angels Stadium (7 min) Southcoast Plaza (10min) Airport (10min) Beaches (20min). PLEASE NOTE-THIS ROOM IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY and NO SMOKING or DRUGS. The home is fully furnished and the common areas are cleaned daily. It is a very clean home and my roomate really appreciate that. So I am looking for someone quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible. In return, you will have a nice, safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Thank you.

House rules:

-ONLY 1 PERSON (you) ALLOWED at any point during stay
-if you have a car you can park on driveway, but please park to side as far as possible to allow another car. Parking on street is also allowed and free
-No loud music speakers, marijuanna, smoking, or drugs allowed on premises
-to avoid getting a parking ticket, dont park on street on Mondays from 11am-3pm. You can park on the driveway
**there are cameras and sound detectors along perimeter for security and monitoring. Fees will be assessed if house rules are broken.
