Room in Beautiful Gated Community (Santa Ana)

Hello, I'm Paula and I have a brand new house in Santa Ana with one extra room for rent available now. I’m looking for a male tenant who is considerate, respectful and doesn’t mind sharing a jack and Jill style bathroom to his room with another male tenant.

Rent is $900 a month and garage Parking is included! The house has wifi, washer and dryer, and is in a secure gated community.

Light cooking is requested. No heavy cooking after 9pm but microwave is fine. You will have a shared bathroom with only one other tenant. The bathroom Is jack and Jill style connecting the two rooms.

Smoking, drugs, alcohol and overnight guests are not permitted. Cats and dogs are not allowed.

Please tell me a little bit about yourself and we can plan a video meeting/showing of the house to see if we connect. I love to work in my garden and enjoy meditation.

I'm looking to create a peaceful and harmonious environment in my home. In my home I focus on communication as it is essential in avoiding misunderstandings and tensions. All together including myself and you, will be three people in the household. We all share light chores for the common areas.
