Hello, I'm Paula and I have a brand new house in Santa Ana with one extra room for rent available now. I love to work in my garden and enjoy cooking and meditation.

Rent is $900 a month. Parking is included! The house has wifi, washer and dryer, and is in a secure gated community.

Light cooking is requested . You will have a shared bathroom with only one other tenant. The bathroom connects the two rooms.

Smoking/drugs or overnight guests are not permitted. Cats and dogs are not allowed.

Please tell me a little bit about yourself and we can plan a video meeting/showing of the house to see if we connect.

I'm looking to create a peaceful and harmonious environment in my home. In my home I focus on communication as it is essential in avoiding misunderstandings and tensions. All together including myself and you, will be three people in the household. We all share light chores for the common areas.
