I have a room in a townhouse available on April 1st, 2025. Room size is 10ft x 10ft.
Bedroom on third floor has a private bathroom and walk in closet.
2nd floor has a shared bathroom with the kitchen/living area. Plenty of street parking is available after the recent street renovation.

$1300/month (all utilities included) plus $1000 deposit

Room will be taken up pretty quickly because of the walk-in closet and in room bathroom.
$1300 for just the room and street parking. Extra $50/month for attached garage parking.

Main cross streets are Bristol x First in Santa Ana about a half
mile from Santa Ana College. House is exactly 3 miles to the 5 fwy,
4 miles to the 405 fwy and 3.5 miles to the 55 fwy. House was built in
2018.

High speed internet WIFI
Washer/dryer, refrigerator you're free to use.
No smoking, drugs, parties
I have a dog. She's a very sweet siberian husky
and pretty quiet. Also have a 14 week old puppy. Neither will wake you up in the middle of the night as they
rarely bark. Must love dogs.
Must be clean and respectful.
OK to cook!

Can go over house rules at a later point.
