I have a nice room with wood floors and ceiling fan. There is a small walk in closet and two big windows with lots of sunlight if needed. The room is great for a working professional or student at Santa Ana college or Chapman University. I love animals so this is a great opportunity if you have a large or small dog. I am located near the courthouse so this would also make a great office or work space for the right applicant. There is a nice laundry room inside the house. There is plenty of street parking with a parking permit from Santa Ana that I will assist you in obtaining. You have your own bathroom that has not only a great soaking tub but a nice enclosed shower area. The back area where your room is located is very private and quiet. My neighborhood is very quiet. You have full use of a nice galley style kitchen. I have a nice backyard with grass, fire pit, hot tub and party room for get togethers. I also have a kennel castle in the backyard that can be used for your pet if you need it.
