Room for Rent - Santa Ana, CA

Standard size room available to rent. Can fit a full size bed and a small sofa with room to spare. Large closet with shelves. Room has two windows for natural light and fresh air.

Couples will be considered. No live in children. If you have kids, they are welcome during your scheduled parenting time. Parents will be 100% responsible for any damage (accidental or otherwise) done by children. Children may stay overnight (2 nights max – in a row).

Please inform Owner prior to any overnight guests (no live-in quests).

All utilities (including internet) are included (unless there is a spike in a specific utility).

You have access to the kitchen and living room. The garage should only be used if you are accessing washer or dryer. Please be respectful of all appliances. I will make sure you have space in the cabinets and fridge (I will let you know what areas are designated for your use). Anything left out in a common area that isn’t in an area previously discussed and agreed upon with Owner will be removed.

It is your responsibility to pick up after yourself, help clean common areas, and keep your room/bathroom clean.

The room includes a half bathroom for your private use. The shower is in the common bathroom. You will share the shower with a female roommate. It will be up to you both to arrange cleaning of the shared bathroom. Primary use of the shared bathroom will be for the other roommate because this room includes private use of the half bathroom.

I may be able to accommodate storage in garage depending on your needs.

Room includes one parking space only.

Note: There is a small dog that is always with me (Owner) and is very rarely left at home alone. He likes cats and other dogs but barks when meeting new people. I am open to discussion if you have a pet. However, because of some previous experiences, I prefer no pets (but I understand finding a place isn’t always easy when you have a pet).
