Great backyard view above San Juan Capistrano and Ortega with clear views of Saddleback Mountain. Conveniently located 1 mile from the 5 freeway (no traffic lights). Plenty of hiking trails behind the house into the hills of San Juan, accessible via a short walk from the house.
