My home is located in the Sea View community of San Juan Capistrano off of Camino Las Ramblas. For those unfamiliar with this quiet neighborhood, it is located at the extreme south end of San Juan about 1.5 miles from Capo Beach and Doheny State Park with convenient access to the 5 freeway and PCH. Mine is a 3-bedroom/3-bath single-family home. I am offering one bedroom with adjoining private full bath for $1,400.00/month. This is for one person. I am the only other person in the home. The room is currently furnished with small drawers, ample closet space and a queen bed. The third room is used as an office space as needed. Feel free to bring your own bedroom needs. This is for a responsible individual who appreciates a quiet life-style. This is a non-smoking/non-drinking home. I have a medium sized black lab mix who is friendly and not the least bit interested in what is going on.
