BATH: All you really need is a private sink and countertop with plenty of space and plugs for all your stuff when getting ready. You don’t have to clean it perfectly when done and running out the door to work, cuz it’s only accessible by you because sink/ countertop is ‘en suite’. Shared shower. Roommates are professional and respectful. Common areas include front living room TV 64” w all apps. Extra Large double Kitchen with many appliances and 3 refrigerators . Yard has BBQ and fire pit and opens to green belt and hiking trail to parks, horse stables and Doheney beach. 1 mile to freeway and town. Some pets considered as they have to work out with my older cat. Dogs and cats do not match. May consider a tiny dog that you take with you everywhere. No overnight guests, no marijuana smells of any kind, 1) view room 2) fill out typical application. If you are already un willing to give 2) then I am un willing to spend my time showing the place.
