The Space:
Enjoy beachside living in this fully furnished bedroom located in a beautiful blufftop community in south San Clemente minutes to the beach and from the I-5 Freeway off of Avenida Calafia. This rental features your own private bathroom located down the hall; occasionally shared with rare houseguests (and I will supply toilet paper and soap for their use) and an incredibly rare, secure underground garage parking space.

The room is move-in ready with a comfortable bed, storage, and excellent natural light. You will also have shared access to the outdoor balcony with fabulous ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

The Location:
You cannot beat this South San Clemente location! The building sits right on the ocean bluffs, giving you immediate access to the San Clemente Beach Trail. You are just a short 664 step walk down to the sand at Calafia State Beach and a quick drive or bike ride to the shopping and dining on Del Mar Street.

Household Rules & Dynamics:
• No Smoking or Drug Use: This is a strictly smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free home (both indoors and on the property).
• Pet Policy: I am welcoming a cat into the home soon! Applicants must be completely comfortable living with a cat. No additional pets, please.
• No overnight guests allowed. Daytime visitors are welcome with advanced notice.

About Me & The Ideal Roommate:
I am a 56-year-old, clean, respectful, and easygoing professional. I am former military, gay, a Democrat, and value a welcoming, progressive, and LGBTQ+-friendly living environment. I do not smoke and rarely drink, and do not do drugs of any kind. I am looking for a responsible, mature, and like-minded roommate who values a clean, peaceful home, communicates openly, and respects shared spaces. $100 for utilities and wi-fi.
