2 rooms for rent San Clemente

Hi! I’m 24 and looking to move into a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in San Clemente and I’m hoping to find two girls around my age who I genuinely get along with and can actually be friends with! 🤍

The apartment is currently listed at $3,500/month, so it would be about $1,100 per person excluding utilities. Ive already factored in to pay a little more for the room with the private bathroom, and all three bedrooms have walk-in closets, which is a huge plus!

A little about me — I work full-time in hospitality, I’m super easygoing, clean, respectful, and pretty social. I’d love roommates who are financially responsible, clean, considerate, and down to occasionally hang out, grab food, have a girls night, etc. — but obviously everyone can have their own space too!

One important thing: I have three cats 🐈They’re all very well-behaved and affectionate and I’m definitely not willing to part with them 😂 so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats!

I’m hoping to sign the lease ASAP and would love to find two girls who feel like a good fit so we can all make the place our own. This seems like a really good deal for San Clemente, so I’m hoping to snag it while it’s available!
