Two bedrooms available in three bedroom. Three bat
The structure is a three-Bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with small fenced backyard. It is inside of a gated/walled community. My unit is next to a small park. I live here alone with a cat. I have two spare bedrooms for rent (so you should see a similar post with different looking white bedroom). There is a full bathroom at the end of the hall for the two spare bedrooms being offered. There is also a half bath downstairs so you will always have access to a bath (just not shower). There is a two-car garage. There is parking spaces inside of the community (off street parking) steps from the garage/front door. All of this is inside of a gate operated by the clicker. There is still work to do, but the vast majority has been newly remodeled new. The bedroom and bathrooms are freshly remodeled with new or painted/retextured surfaces. Me: I am a 47 year old male, a San Clemente local. I've lived here since 1980. I surf, I'm sober. I have a business, I do my thing. There are four more months left on the lease. The landlord is young, in tech, lives in LA and is extremely flexible/kind and relaxed (he’s not trying to enforce contracts and squeeze dollars). Even if I myself were to relocate, you would likely be able to originate a new lease with him, replace me, or choose a different bedroom. Beach mindset and grateful living are my in-home goals. I am a Christian, and I go to sober meetings, and a church -full disclosure, I don’t want anyone that finds this uncomfortable. On your side you will need first and last’s, also Zillow & Appartments. com offer a roughly $35, all-in-one background and credit check. This would be for the landlord. If you do not rent here you can furnish it to other landlords. I purchased one and it was received multiple places upon my last rental search adventure. You will not need to have perfect anything as I have already absorbed credit and various qualification requirements. A full washer and dryer are in the garage, and of the new nature. Kitchen and all appliances are new. A second car could fit into the two-car garage, but some work will need to be done. There are some built-in cabinets in the way, but the landlord said we can modify (cut). Internet is available through AT&T Air, which is a mobile unit. I'm not sure it provides enough power for multiple people using it intensely at once. The TV downstairs in the living room also runs from the air unit, but alone I have had no problems with it. I run multiple devices from it. You may however want to get a similar unit of your own. Mine is $45/mo for the Air portable modem. Verizon makes a similar unit. Utilities are really light, just gas and electric. If you plan for $30/mo that should be plenty. The plan is just to divide up the cost. The master and the two spare bedrooms are on the second floor with two full bathrooms. On the first floor we have the kitchen, dining and living with a half bathroom, garage and small backyard. There used to be a designation for 'open to a couple' renting. I just wanted to address, I have two rooms and a bathroom. I am open to a couple who might use one of the rooms as a work from home office. Also, a lot of postings talk about wanting people that work outside of the home. One of the best renters I know is partially disabled, and is in their unit all the time. Your life is your business. Hopefully you live your best life here. I am, I want the same for us both.
