One parking spot available in the garage, in addition to room for more storage (photo of the garage is taken from where your car would park and what is shown is the available storage space).
There is a washer/dryer conveniently located next to the bedrooms.
Access to a community pool and park/track located one street below the house.
The beach is less than 2 miles away.

I am 29 years old and work full time (from home). I've grown up in San Clemente so love going downtown to the wine bar or going for walks on any of the many trails throughout the city.
