Private Room in Quiet Rancho Santa Margarita

We are offering a clean, bright, and fully furnished private bedroom in our owner-occupied family home in Rancho Santa Margarita. The room includes a queen-size bed, dresser with mirror, nightstand, ceiling fan, large window, and closet space. The bathroom and common areas are shared.

Rent is $1,300 per month with utilities and Wi-Fi included. The renter will also have designated refrigerator refrigerator space, light kitchen privileges, washer and dryer use once per week, and street parking. The security deposit is $1,300, and a minimum six-month stay is preferred.

Because the home and common areas are shared with my wife and our elementary-aged daughter, we are seeking one responsible female housemate. Single occupancy only.

Our home is peaceful, clean, and generally quiet during the day. This arrangement is not suitable for someone who works from home full-time, so the renter should normally work or attend school outside the home during weekdays.

No smoking, vaping, drugs, parties, overnight guests, or additional pets. Occasional visitors require advance approval. A small, friendly dog currently lives in the home.

Applicants will be asked to provide proof of income and complete credit and background screening before move-in. We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate, communicates well, and will respect the shared family environment.
