Looking for 1 responsible person with a steady job to rent our extra upstairs bedroom with Private Bathroom in the room. Room is furnished or unfurnished freshly painted and updated. Furnished as Shown or unfurnished. Our home is located in a small gated community in RSM, peaceful and quiet small 3 bedroom. Washer and dryer are just outside the bedroom. kitchen privileges, extra medium size fridge for you. No Smoking, drugs, pets or overnight guests, We prefer no working from home. Internet and all utility's are included. Walk 1.5 minutes to shops like Target, Trader joes, Kohls and dining. Month to month but would hope for at least 6 months to a year . Security deposit is 700. You need to park on the the street outside the community at night, parking is very safe and very short walk. You will have access to our community pool and spa. We are Husband and wife in our low 60's and 50's, we are open minded and young at heart and easy going. Our home is very clean and updated.
