Lease Renewal- Private Room + Bathroom (June 15th, Flexible)

Hi! I am looking for a roommate to sign a 1-year lease renewal with me starting June 15, for my current 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Rancho Santa Margarita. My current roommate is relocating out of state for work, so move in date is flexible!

Your Rent: $1,516.50/month + your half of utilities
Application: Must be approved through leasing office ($48 fee)

Private bedroom with a big closet + your own full bathroom (unattached, right outside the room – shower/tub)
In-unit full-size washer & dryer
Kitchen with stainless steel appliances + dishwasher
AC/heater
Covered balcony (access from living room)
I also have an air fryer + reverse osmosis water system you’re welcome to use
Assigned parking available + garages for additional monthly cost
Apartment complex has a gym and pool

Location
Quiet, safe area in RSM with easy access to the State Route 241. Super convenient for getting to Irvine, Tustin, San Clemente, Laguna Beach, and Riverside.

About Me
I’m a 26 years old and work as an operations coordinator (Mon–Fri, 7–4). I’m up at 6 but quiet in the mornings. I keep shared spaces clean and like a chill, comfortable home. I’d love to be friends, but also really enjoy being in my own space. I like to craft, bake, play video games.
I don’t throw parties, but I’ll have a few friends over occasionally (and cook/bake sometimes).

Alcohol is fine, 420 friendly (outside only). Guests are fine, just shoot me a text to let me know.

Pets
I have a super sweet and shy tuxedo cat named MaoMao. She is an ESA who stays in my room. She gets along great with other cats, so I am open to you bringing your pets! The complex does charge pet fees unless they are ESA.
