We are soon-to-be empty nesters and have a spare first-floor bedroom for rent, available furnished or unfurnished with a semi-private bath. Shared kitchen, laundry, living room with baby grand piano and back yard complete with barbeque/fire pit, chairs, couches and a big umbrella. House overlooks the canyon with plenty of street parking in a very safe family community. We have two sweet dogs and will consider pets.

Looking for a single professional or college student who is clean and considerate. Loving dogs is a big plus and we are looking for someone progressive/liberal-minded.

Our community includes access to 4 community pools, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and the Beach Club at RSM Lake. Easy access to hiking and biking trails and close to O'Neil Park's acres of trees, trails and creeks. 5 minutes to the 241 Toll Road and 10 minutes to I-5. Close to Saddleback Valley Community College, Mission Hospital, Hoag Hospital Irvine and Kaiser Permanente Irvine.
