Hi there, my name is Valerie! I am a 34 year old working professional currently living in an adorable 2 bed, 2.5 bath condo located in Rancho Santa Margarita. My current roomate is moving out June 30th. I am looking for (1) respectful, clean and kind girlie to take over her room and sign a new lease with. Ideally I’d like to initially sign a 6 month lease with possibility of extending if we are both happy with the living arrangement.

Here’s some general information:

- Security Deposit: $1,500
- Monthly Rent: $1,550
- Split Utilities: Estimated $150-$250 Monthly
- Room Size: 10’ x 10’ 6” (Not including bathroom and hallway leading to bathroom)
- Private Bathroom: Attached Bathroom w. Tub and Shower
- Cute Outdoor Patio
- (1) Attached Garage w. Split Use For Storage and Parking + (1) Additional Uncovered Parking Spot
- Community Amenities: Swimming Pool + Spa
- Sqft Of Condo: 1,186
- Landlord will do their own background and credit check before agreeing to new lease
- New in unit washer and dryer (Purchased by me and free for you to use as long as you are clean and respectful)
- New fridge (Purchased by me and free for split use as long as you are clean and respectful)

I’ve been living in this condo for a year and a half and have had great experiences with the private landlord, neighbors and community as a whole. I always feel safe, the surrounding areas are clean, quiet and absolutely beautiful. The unit is close to many trails, is less than 30 minutes to the best beaches in Laguna and is conveniently located to grocery outlets, restaurants, etc.

A little about me:

I’m a 34-year-old, single, full time working professional. Weekdays, I am commonly gone from about 8am-6pm. I usually end my night with a Pilates class or walk, meeting a friend out or making dinner at home, then unwinding in my room before lights out around 10pm. On the weekends, I’m usually doing something outside, spending time with friends/family. I don’t have guests over too often but very occasionally host a small friend get together, have my mom over for dinner, or have my best friend spend the night.
